Transfering downloaded save

I downloaded a save file from GameFAQs and I was able to transfer it to my ps3, but when I try to load it, it says I cant use other people's saves. Is there any type of workaround to this like a file editor or something.

BTW running latest OFW.

yeah you should use either bles or blus etc depending on your game .

OMG, how many times this question is going to be answered lol
all you have to do is....wait for it...search lol

make a new save file, and replace everything in it except the param.sfo with the save file that you want to use. want more details? look it up, search tab is your friend
