tetris battle

there is a new game on psn that is the tetris battle. Anyone know how I should get it? and still be able to use my ps3 jailbreak,
shoulld I upgrade get the game and downgrade?

Just upgrade to 3.55 and stay on 3.55. Dongles are useless now.
