something weird has happened, while playing dead space 3!!

ive been playing for a few hours now. im on chapter eleven. i reach a point in wich i have to insert a battery type of thing in a slot in order to open a door. ive seen youtube videos and the battery is supposed to be near the slot, but it does not appear in mine. has this happened to anybody? or just me? any help would be appreciated. im on 4.30 rebug and im using a cheat pkg with the game. thanks.

Personally, I would uninstall the cheat and see if that fixes it. I have found that cheats sometimes interfere with the operation of games.
