Some games dont work

Hej. I have a problem. Some of my downloaded games just dont work. When i launch the game just a black screen appears and my ps3 hangs.

I tried to manual hash the torrent (*.rar) nothing.... showing me 100% and comments state that game is working.

I used winrar for unrar but the weird thing is when i use 7z archive to unrar i get a CRC error :/

maybe there is something with my HDD ?
