Restore PS3 Problem

I recently was running out of GB on my hdd and was restoring my ps3

I am running Kmeaw 3.55, got back ups, homebrew, psn games, plus a trophy collection

And I was wondering what would be lost and what would stay

Don't want to lose my PSN games so if it would be deleted is there anyway to save it and load it back up on my PS3 WITHOUT my original account(banned)

HELP IS ALWAYS APPRECIATED

by restore do you mean format it?

Use FTP to copy save games, trophies, psn games to your PC then back after formatting. Use a program like xReg to backup the activation file for previously purchased PSN games/content.

But i don't know what directory the psn games or the trophies
And what is the xReg
