Remarry help needed

ok so I got this ps3 as a trade its a CECHE01 80gb b/w comp ps3

it was stuck in a update loop with no bluray anything(cables,drive,board)


got into service mode 40 times tried different hdd's then finally got a bdb 3.15 to install

now it loads up fine I put in a ribbon,popsickle stick to hold ribbon,bd board and drive.

it boots and ejects disc but obviously i need to remarry

I have 2 psp's slim and phat running 5.50 gen d

everytime from every usb port the ps3 just boots and says "unrecognized usb device"


any ideas to get this thing up and running.
should i mess with pspjig
try to install a newer bdb firmware

ok so now if I hit power then eject it says challenge response then done but it still boots up
any tricks to get this to work should I upgrade from 3.15 to 3.55 bdb
does that ti-89 thing work??
