Red Dead Redemption constantly freezes

varela.. easiest option is to return the game.. if not.. (after attempting to backup using MM) seeing as you have a legit copy.. pirate it..

It's overheting. I had the problem of occassional freezing in RDR when weather was relatively hot, the problem gone entirely in winter. I played through the game entirely without any crash or lockup. More than 40 hours ingame.

RDR is very CPU anf GPU taxing game and consoles with weak cooling or degraded CPU/GPU thermointerface suffer.
