Rebug 3.55.2 and Cinavia

I currenty have Rebug 3.55.2 installed on my ps3 with the {0.3} update that recently came out. And yesterday i started watching Battle of Los Angeles on bluray. And the cinavia message popped up and muted the movie. I find this weird cause the Rebug fw is supposed to have disabled cinavia. Unless i have to manually do it. If i do can someone show me how thanks for any help in advanced.

Also the bluray burned version of it not the original.
