Nope, afraid not.
Your best bet is to reflow the PS3 yourself to get it working, hope that it won't require a HDD format and then put your drive back in. If the PS3 is jailbroken, then use the time that it's working to get everything copied to your PC.
This is why I use my YLOD repaired PS3 for PSN access and keep my save games backed up rather than for jailbreak.
