Random ? - How do I change my avatar on this forum?

This may be a stupid question but man this is completely missing me. I have looked practically everywhere that makes any sense.

Where the hell do I change my image avatar for this forum?

any help is appreciated...

Thx man. Believe me I didnt want to post a thread for this. It just was a bit tricky cause logically you would think to click on your username and that would bring you to the control panel or there would be a more visible link for the "user control panel". After clicking on the quick links I do see it becomes visible then. Tricky forum templates, what can you do...
