question about ps3 games !

hi
i'm in iran !
first iam so so so sorry for my poor english ?
here ps2 games are in a so so low price . a price about 1$.
but the ps3 game are in a so so so so so so so high price ! about 70 $ ... and the ps3 console price is 700$ (60Gb) .
now my question is :
all of ps3 games are on the Blue-Ray Disks ???? or ps3 just can read these Blue-Ray Things ???
and please tell me will ps3 games be copied ? and will the price of this games become lower ?

Ps3 Games are only on Blue-Ray as thats the way sony want it. The Ps3 can read Blue-Ray, DVD, DVDr, CD, CDr (BDr??)

No way to currently play backed up games, although things seem to be moving fast and the above statement may be false in a few months
