How can i view the password to the PSN Account thats saved on my ps3.
You cant...
Actually, I think it's stored in a registry file on your PS3, iirc. You'll have to have access to /dev_flash2/etc/xregistry.sys. Use http://stoker25.com/files/xRegistryEditor075.rar to view the file and search for /setting/user/<userid>/npaccount/password and you'll find your stored PSN password in all it's unencrypted glory.
If you don't have ftp access, you'll have to do a password recovery from the PSN sign-in page on your ps3.
Information regarding XRegistry.sys via: http://ps3wiki.lan.st/index.php/XRegistry_File_Format

Hello,
i tried to backup my dev_flash, dev_flash2 and dev_flash3,
i used teensy2.0++, Hermesv4b, mulitman and flashxp to get the backup all went fine BUT
i tried to open up my xregistry.sys with the tool version 0.75 and every time i try to open die file i get en error..
(the tool can open the example file in the package..)
what am i doing wrong here?
i also tried PL3 hex but on multiman ftp i could not see dev_flash2,3..
and with blackbox ftp i could see the dir but could not open any of them...
I was wrong sorry, I just recently started playing with the xRegystry.sys file and there is LOADS of goodies in there. Sorry for the misinformation.
@wishmaster86 what version of windows are you using? I played around with mine last nigth with the 0.75 version without issues, ran as admin and non admin. (win 7 X64)
Do you have your PC to allow the view of system files?
I used Comgenie's Awesome File Manager to copy my flash files over to a USB. I then viewed my xRegistry file through my backup version. Try copying the files over to a USB and not over FTP.
I just took Comgenie's AFM to copy it over to my USB drive, then put it on my computer from there, the app seems to run fine in Wine also..
Can you computer see system files? Anything copied from the PS3 to USB for some reason windows sees it as a system file
