Okay just got my PS3 Slim off Ebay the seller lied to me & told me it was on Firmware 3.41 when i receive it...It was on FW 3.50.If i go to a retail chain like wal-mart could i swap it out without them noticing(I'm going to buy a new one then get a refund)....Thxs the PS3 slim i got it like brand new.

Nah! If he listed the auction with 3.41 firmware and sold it to you with 3.50 then that's false advertisement. If he just "told you" it was on 3.41 and it wasn't listed in the auction then you have nothing. Was your communication via messages through eBay? If you have kept the message with him telling you it's 3.41 then that would help too!Quote:
