PS3,Strange sound every couple of minutes while playing

I'm playing POP:FS on my PS3 120GB slim,every couple of minutes the PS3 made a strange "Bip" sound,like it is restarting or something,but it's not doing anything,
any way to fix the bip sound? or it is natural?

I tested 2 other games I have... no bip..
I must mention that POP:FS is backup in my PS3 with Sign pkg...
