This is an international site.. there is no longer a need to speak english. Simply type your question is your fluent native language and google 'should' translate it quite well.

What google can't do is translate 'poor' hybrid german/english into fluent english.

From the 8002F281 number in your thread title this is your error number, it's a related to a hard drive error, and after some googling, I could say you're ****ed. I didn't find any solution to the problem. But what's doing this in the member news section?

For sure sounds like a hard drive problem.

But the original poster says he try two different hard drives.

He sadly might have open the machine and remove the syscon battery to force the system to allow him to install a new hard drive get into the recovery menu.

Hi all i have the same problem, how can i get xmb back on my ps3 , with a broken laser, i had a loop on a update on 70 %, couldnt do anything,

i did the trick with the battery to, then the loop was gone and i could return to the recovery setup, i did update with fw 3,50 on a stick, but after a long time it says the error onherstelbare fout ps3 (8002F281)

can i try it with a new harddisk or cant i never update again because it checks for a working bluray, and will it again loop on 70 %

who can help me, this ps3 console is only needed as mediaplayer, i need a system on it.
