PS3 power issue power supply??? (APS250)

The red power light comes on, turns green, beeps and shuts right off. I have to pull the power cord to get the red light back on.

This is what it does....

It never actually powers up. I adjusted the two white screws as seen here....

But it didn't work. I'm thinking about just buying another power supply.

Man it took this long for someone else to have this same problem that i had (in march of 2010) but i just gave it back to sony since i had bought it like a month earlier and they fixed it but it does look like you have to get a new power supply what bummer.

I think you have two choices ,one is buy a new power supply,the other one is make use of a BGA rework to repair it.
