    who cares, me too ^^ Thank god only my bluray laser broke down from my Phat60 ^^ Also, didnt know it was bad to put your PS3 vertical, he has been in that position for 4 years now :P

    I would say its better to have the ps3 vertical so the heat can rise out of it, horizontal the heat would get trapped.

    "soldering cant get back into its old position" wtf the console never gets half as hot as the heat required to melt solder haha.

    Its 360's you dont have vertical because the HDD blocks the heat from rising out.

    Yes I know they do but it is due to brittle Lead free solder and many heating cooling cycles, not that the console overheats to such a point that the solder becomes loose and having it vertical means that the solder becomes dislodged.

    Luckily I have not had any problems with it whatsoever. It is just too loud... I thought it was meant for vertical standing.. I personally left it horizontal because I had no room to stand it up...
