ps3 other os++ help plzz

So i have a ps3 CEHCG01 and i wanted to get to run other os so i followed the steps at gitbrew and i got to the part were i am in petitboot but i get stuck right there i dont know wat else to do i have searched for other tutorials but no luck can someone help me with this

so you have petitboot installed? after that just install linux, some people claimed to have problems with ubuntu but it worked fine for me, maybe try starting with debian

By "stuck there" do you mean you don't know what to do, or you can't do anything (aka PS3 crashes)? (Common issue on NAND consoles)
