ps3 laser replacement

hi guys,

am just going to buy a replacement laser and deck for a ps3 i picked up for next to nothing and want to know when i buy the new lense on its own or with a deck is there a blob of solder to remove like the xbox 360 lense?

No nothing to remove but i advise to buy a rack with lens ,it's just a couple of bucks more but then you've done the whole deal

my 80g CECHExx laser is dying.. Where would the best place to buy a replacement from?

I live in the U.S. btw
