ok so i bought a cheap ps3 on 3.15
it wasnt booting up so i reworked the gpu and cpu


fired up straight away
so i updated it to 3.41 to be on the safe side (like you do) heheh

i believe its a jap console also as i have to press O for everythgin and X to cancel.

ok so here is my dilemma....

i tested dvd adn ps3BD and nothign wont load
so laser shafted.

ok i thougth ill use for homebrew only as you can direct boot games now.

so i threw one of my home made chips on it and installed backupmanager and ftp server

now everytime i try load them 2 pieces of homebrew i just get a black screen.

any1 any ideas on what could be the problem here ?

i thougth it was the hard drive so i stuck a new 120GB in there.

but still same
ive gone into recovery menu and rest all settings and rebuilt database.
all went fine there.

just it will not load any homebrew.

any ideas any1 to throw my way

it would make a great little unit for my 2 boys upstiars.
