PS3 game error code and Rebug?

hi I have No more Heroes disc on hand and ps3 doesn't want to boot up the game. All I get to see is ps3move/controller and camera screen message when I start up the game. Then within a few seconds I get ps3 error message "80010017", it kicks me out. The game disc is fine and I've tried other games like resident evil to Super street fighter4 that worked fine on my ps3. I don't feel like backing up this game considering i have disc. I never get past ps3 move and camera message to the main menu or intro.

I had a little problem while playing rebug setting earlier today and I got the red screen boot (I almost thought ps3 died on me), Luckily I was able to downgrade to OFW 3.55 and fix that problem. At the moment I'm on OFW3.55 and of course I knew no more heroes game wouldn't boot up on 3.55 instead it says 3.60 or higher. So I haven't updated my ps3 cfw since mid 2012 and noticed rebug had a new version a month ago. Rebug site was also down for almost a week. Which version should I download REBUG 4.21.1 REX EDITION or 3.55.3, I don't know whats the difference and do I need a flasher because I don't got one?
I've got the ps3key which became very useless to me because they stopped updating their dam site.

Install Toggle QA and run it, go to network settings and highlight it and press L1+L2+L3+R1+R2+select+down to see if it worked, once it's been installed update to Rebug 4.21.1 REX. The game should work on 4.21.1 but if it's doesn't delete any game data for it and try again
