But, good luck actually finding anything!
Slims 20xx, 21xx and 251x CAN BE DOWNGRADED!! If you have a 25xx you MUST RUN "MinVerCheck.PUP" by renaming it to PS3UPDAT.PUP and runing it like you would an Update from the USB. The lucky Ones will be able to downgrade back to OFW3.40 ~ 3.50. The less fortunate will find that their PS3s can only roll back to OFW3.60. Those People are just plain SOL! Those who have the final 30xx PS3 are also SOL!
The Super Slim 40xx is also like a portion of the 25xx & 30xx are also SOL!
For those who can, and also have a NOR Chipped PS3, should likely IMHO, go for the E3 NOR Flasher. because its both the simply the easiest, and relatively speaking, the safest way to downgrade your PS3, as it is 99.9% solderless!* But, when its done right, it won't leave a single mark.
*Note some soldering may / or well be required IF you wish to recover from a Brick. (You'll still need a valid ROM Dump!), or more likely if you wish to use the Fast Dual Boot Function. (i.e. dual boot CFW or OFW, also requires Two HDDs)
Thanks Ichijoe for the reply mine is NOR chipped so i will go for the E3 flasher
