try to install 3.41 original OFW, see if it will take that.
and it is not recommended but you can try to install rogero v3.4 in fsm, but i dont recommend it as you say it was on 3.41 and you should not ever go higher in firmware using the downgrader lv2diag.
it almost seems to me like syscon is in a panic which would signal it was a failed 3.56+ downgrade attempt, or either he used the crap 3.41 downgrader which gives the console 3.56 hash checks.

As i cannot access the recovery menu, how can i install the 3.41 original fw ?
I only have a ps3key in downgrade mode.
I don't have an e3 flasher or any other things like that
Could you please be a little more precise ?
BTW, thank you very much for your help.

7. I tried to put firmware 3.41 modified with correct lv2 file on usb key inserted in right usb port
try that same thing but with 3.41. if you get a slow blinking green light after 3-5 mins then try rogero v3.4
if that dont work, then all you can do is get a hardware flasher and dump your flash.
otherwise i duuno what else to do as there is not a magic "my ps3 turns on and off in 3 sec" fix.
EDIT: i think your console has a panicing syscon from 3.56+ hashes. but the only way to tell is to buy a hardware flasher and dump and check.
that modified 3.41 has did the exact same thing to 1 of my old ps3's because i didnt know about it at the time, and it has did it to alot of other consoles.
so you need to dump your flash and post up a link to it so i can download and check it. you will need to ground out tristate to keep the console on/haulted.
good luck
