PS3 doesn't read game from BR

Hi. I have a big problem. My PS3 can't read game from BR. I put game, console detects it but i can't play. I show error 80010514. Game blu-ray is 100% clear.
This happens with every orginal game. I try backup this game with multiman (my console is jailbrooken 3.55). When i try run backup game from multiman with the disc in the drive i show error 80010514. Mayby is it the fault of patch from br fix but br region change? Mayby laser BR is destroyed? All cd/dvd music, films etc. is work but game Blu ray not. Please help me.

Try cleaning the lens.

I forgot to add, i have PS3 slim 160 GB NTSC. Please help me because many game require original game in drive.
