PS3 component issues... help –
Just purchased my PS3 last week and have been noticing that when I play it using component cables I get an annoying set of lines that go from the bottom of my TV to the top and everything in between those lines is off shade.
I looked it up and only answer I could find is that it is interferrence, but then I disconnect all other cables and the problem still exists... but oddly it does not exist on my Wii when using component.
If the PS3 is hooked up with AV cables I have no problems but I dont enjoy playing without HD.
Could it be faulty cables or a PS3 problem??? These are the same component cables I used on my PS2 without any problems.
They are the psyclone brand. ($59.99)
NVM - Figured out problem, my cable line has very bad shielding and was causing interferrence. I just unplugged my cable line and all was fine.
