PS3 Bluray NAND Soldering request –

I've bought a second Ps3 60gb with a broken bluray drive. The drive was totally dead, did not taky any disc's anymore or eject. Since I expected to fix the drive after replacement it would be an easy fix. I've also tried to update but it always failed around 79%. After receiving my replacement drive (also a KEM400aaa) and swapped the logic board still nothing happend. Still failing after 79%. Still no eject.
So I swapped back the logic boards (the original that came with the drive, the wrong one for the ps3) and I connected it without video, and the drive completely works (with eject and everything) I left the Playstation 3 running for a few minutes untill it restarted itself. I left the playstation on for a about 15 minutes (I was thinking it would shut itself off or reboot again after a failed firmware upgrade) But nothing happend.... So I connected the video cable, and restarted my PS3 and was greeted by a 3.41 menu.
So finally i'm on 3.41 but since i've got a dead logic board none of the jailbreak apps will run, since i can't get past the bluray check. But atleast for the moment i've got a 3.41 that boot's again.
So my only option now seems to be desoldering the BGA Chip from the old board and resoldering it back to the new one. I know it's possible since I've seen people mentioning it (garyopa?) Since I don't have those skills i'm placing a request here.
So if anyone has those skills (and have the experience) please leave a private message or a reply. Off course I'm willing to pay for your service!
