PS3 4.00 Jailbreak

What's up guys? I've looked all over google, youtube and many other sites and came up with no luck. So I'll ask here.

Is there a 4.00 jailbreak out? I tried jb's 4.00 update pup but when the ps3 reset itself I got a message 'there's no need to upgrade as your already running the latest version' or something of that sort.

Are there any other 4.00 jailbreaks out there? Or ways I can jailbreak other then downgrading????

Currently, NO. When/If a 4.00 JB is ever released, it will be all over the front pages of scene sites.

If you want to get in on this scene, you need a hardware and a ps3 that can be downgraded to 3.55... or just find a console with 3.55

All youtube videos, and other sites claiming they have 4.00 jailbreak are fake. So please stop trusting them.

This one looked legit, guess not. I downloaded the ps3 update pup then got the 'already installed latest version' message when I tried using it

With being able to spoof consoles, it has been very simple for users to create fake videos of newer CFW. Once a new exploit drops, that is ALL you will see people talking about on the Front Page.
