Can somebody convert this save file into PSV format?

It's an NTSC Romancing Saga save file, in Codebreaker (CBS) format. The Game Cleared with All 8 Characters, Aldora Unlocked, All Classes Unlocked, No Cheats Used, Overrides Save Slot 2.

I don't know if anyone already did this but I am looking for Breath of Fire V and Star Oean: Till the End of Time save files, containing preferably perfect start files. I am more concerned about the Star Ocean containing an early save with end of game gear/money. High levels are fine too but less priority. For Breath of Fire, I am looking for files containing high lvl gear with Party XP in the multi millions, preferably no less than 6,000,000. A High D-Ratio is also requested. If anyone knows where I can find files like that or has files like that that already are or can be converted to PSV, please let me know. I am offering a small reward(cash) for these save files.

Just wanted to make one final mention that my cash reward will be through pay pal, delivered upon my downloading and checking the files so that I can gauge what degree of reward I will be giving and that the whole thing is a limited time offer. As much as I want these game files, I do not have time to linger hoping to get one and will simply starting working on them from scratch, very, very slowly. And if I start again, it just won't be worth paying for after all of that effort. So this is an opportunity, but I really want to wrap this up as soon as possible, one way or the other.
