Ok i had a chat with an old friend on facebook. Can somebody tell me if what he is telling me is bs or not? I guess he is saying u can play ps2 games on any ps3? Just read this and see if you can tell me what you are talking about

i took out the ps3 hd that everything is programmed to and wipe the system clean, i put my own 80g hd in and partitioned it i downloaded a cracked ps3 emulator thats run on its own partition. the ps3 was like a really really fast computer so... i added shit and then i sold that shit for 700 bucks, linux let me switch back and forth even while playing a game so i downloaded every game that was made from when it came out till last month and then i had it so you could load a game directly from the linux hd and both have a link to each other so it was idiot proof. my cousin bought it off of me and took his basic ps3 back

Keith no, you have to change the file names with a masked id to run ps2 games as ps3. it all works pretty much the same. i play sega games with a basic old ass nintendo emulator do a ."sg.".nes and the emulator doesnt see the "sg."
