PS2 Classics on PS3 Help

Hello people
So i tried to convert one of my ps2 games to ps2 classics. I followed the guide on this link : [Guide] Convert any PS2 ISO to PS2 Classic - PS3Hax Network - Playstation 3 Hacks and Mods , but when i got the iso.bin transfered to /dev_hdd0/game/PS2U10000/USRDIR/ and i try to load it from the ps2 placeholder, the screen goes black for a couple of seconds and then tells me there are no video input on the tv, and only way for me to use the ps3 again is to force it to shut down by either holding down power putton or taking out power source. Ive also tried to do it with the new method where you put it in PS2ISO folder under DEV_HDD0 but i still get the same problem
Can anyone please help me out? im not sure if im doing it wrong or if the ps3 doesnt support playing those games

PS: The games i tested was final fantasy x and kingdom hearts 2 final mix

Sounds like you're black screening because you either didn't activate the rap file properly or you didn't encrypt your game using that rap

but shouldnt it not start if i didnt activate it with reactpsn properly? also i entered the rap from the tutorial, didnt use any details of my own since i dont know where to get the rap files from the ps2 games. Im really running out of ideas here, only hoping someone will make a video tutorial soon with a step by step

Well no. If you were trying to use a PS2 game downloaded from the PSN store and somebody gave you a bad rap then it would do the same thing. It would just black screen and force you to turn off your PS3 to get out of that. I'm willing to bet that the ISO isn't encrypted right or you didn't activate the rap right.

Try this instead. Find a legit PS2 game from the PSN store. Don't ask me where to find one - they're not hard to find. Use that rap file to decrypt the ISO inside of that pkg. Activate that rap file. Install that pkg. If that game plays fine, then you're set up to do others. Use that rap file to encrypt a new ISO and see if it doesn't fix it

I'm not much on following somebody else's guide or using something of theirs that I can do myself. I used the Dora Saves The Mermaids game as my base to reencrypt all my ISO's with that rap/klicense and they play fine. It's a small download if you can find it and I haven't had any problems reencrypting other games with that base game
