Everyone, post your PS Network ID!
My user ID is Lanbo, add me to your friends list, I currently play Ridge Racer 7 and Resistance Fall of Man online so if anyone is up for a game, bring it on.

Let's get a PS Network community happening.

Resistance any fun online?

Like the unreal tournament or CS series.

Do you play with mouse and keyboard or with the gamepad. I don't have an ID btw, sorry.

Resistance is pretty good online, lag isn't really there much at all, maps are nice.It's far from CS, Resistance is closer to Call of Duty in the way you play the game.

I don't even know if the PS3 allows the use of a USB keyboard and mouse for games, it might but I don't use a USB keyboard.

Hey Lachlan, I just recieved my PS3 today (I also live in Australia). I have ridge racer 7 but was just wondering which country you said you were in when you signed up for Playstation Network? I am a bit cautious of whether to sign up. I'm not sure why but I just don't want to stuff up my online gaming since Australia isn't an option yet

I signed up 2 accounts, one being in California, USA and another being somnewhere in Japan so that I can download the both stuff that the Japanese PS Store and the US PS Store get but I use the US account for gaming.

Once PS3 launches here in Australia they'll have a new firmware out and I expect it will have the option of selecting Australia from the country list.
You won't stuff up your gaming though, big deal if you have to connect to Jap or US servers though, online racing isn't that spectacular and you can always get away from lag by hosting your own game instead of joining others.
You still keep your worldwide rank in RR though so don't worry.
