Possible automatic screen changer for Ps3?

Is possible with the jailbreak add this? I want my ps3 desktop screen changing pictures under a time limit or under a restart time.

Not sounds to difficult to be done for me, but i dont understand the ps3 program system to say it right.

i think psjailbreak has nothing to do with that .maybe a Hombrew could do that not sure .
