Which one should I update to as of this post?

I have the old kmeaw firmware on her right now. I want the latest and best. Or at least a recommendation for something that won't screw up my system permanently...lol.

First before updating your system to the latest cfw dehash your system. This is important for closing out any bricks.
After that you can update to the latest 4.30 v1.04 Rogero CFW From recovery mode.

Rehashing is only needed for downgraded systems. You need to QA toggle your console before updating.
