New with PS3

Hi,

First of all, sorry in advance if my question seems stupid, but I work in other domain.. webhosting .. that has nothing to do with gaming . ps3.. or other so.. please help.

I have 2 question:
1. I've tried deleting an older version of mutiman. and now it says Corupted Data.
2. How the F*** should I run games from an external HDD . I tried with multiman Copy/Backup , the one from internal hdd runs with no issues the one from external.. black screen. same with roger manger. (I am pretty sure I am not doing something right) if someone could give me a hint.. or a link to a post.. I would appreciate.

3.55 CFW ..(don't know which version) I jailbreak it in the first day . by myself..and I was very excited.

The best thing you can do is to format your HDD completely.... then once the format done.. prepare a 3.55 OFW on your Flash Disk or some storage device that you can use. Then PS3 will ask (but might not if your PS3 is using a 256MB NAND memory) to reinstall FW... just plug the flash disc with 3.55OFW with it and wait till it finish.

Once done.. search here in forums how to install kmeaw CFW... then reinstall your favorite backup manager. Then do a backup again and see if problem persist again.
