Need Help! No hdmi & AV signal out and can't enter recovery menu!!!

Ok thanks for your attention. I got a fat 80Gb, 3.41 with PIC-4550 Dongle, herms V4B 3.5 proof. Everything went well last week, i managed to play GT5 and install multiman etc. however, after a few days, when i re-open the console today strange thing happened.

No hdmi or AV signal out, the green light is on with one beep, and i hold the I/O button for 1 min or so after open the console with red light, just nothing, HD light blinked a few time, but that's all i got. i also unplug the HD and still the same.

feel really sad about this no reason brick, wish Ps-scene could share some lights on my case...

I am having a similar problem. I formatted my HDD and when i stuck it back in my PS3 and turn it on the HDD light will blink once, after a couple of seconds it will blink again then the entire system will power down. all of this happens with no HDMI/AV video output. and i cant access the recovery menu.

try unplugging the ps3 then plugging it back in or if you are using a phat turn the power switch in back off then back on. Then press and hold the power button until it beeps twice and turns back off then turn it on regular see if it resets the video output.
