My replacement PS3 has a different HDD case

Hey Guys.

I got my ps3 40gb(160gb installed by sony) traded for my bricked 60gb

the hdd made ticking noise and I wanted to replace the hdd . I took of the plastic thing and the view is completly different from my old 60gb .

I have no metal thingy to take the hdd out. my model is cechp03

on youtube the tuts are all of the classic way which I done a dozen of times before.

how can I swap this one or is impossible.
