First things first get all that shit of the chips, people suggest rubbing alcohol or medical whipes but i just use white spirit, then buy some no clean liquid flux £11 maplins if your in the uk (i always use the pen type) and and put plenty behind the chips next get some kitchen foil and cover the caps and any plastic parts then pre-heat oven to 220C,

my oven has like a deep baking tray with a grill on the top if you have one use this baking tray so you can keep the motherboard level you want the chips facing up and the two prongs that go into psu should go between the grill so your not putting any pressure on the motherboard and risk bending it.

bake it for 9 mins then open oven door and let it cool but dont move it till its cold

replace heatsink compound and fire it up
