My 2 cents on the new TOS
My 2 cents on the new TOS –

My 2 cents on the new TOS, I posted this on geohots blog.
I think the new Terms of service is completely unlawful, I did not agree to the new TOS, It gives Sony more power then the police, The police can't search your house or your computers without a warrant from a judge so why should Sony be able to, are they above the law? They also can not legally delete anything i may have on my ps3 that is my property or that i have payed for. Another thing i don't like is they state they can monitor or basically search any devices and collect data hooked up to the PS3 and no limits on to what they can search, monitor, or collect data on. Take this example i have USB flash readers with files on my PS3 i have two PC's hooked up to my ps3 and Sony has no right to even be looking into my PC let alone my ps3 i payed for,
I thought Facebook's TOS was bad but this is just completely unlawful in every sense of the way for example, Facebook can monitor whatever you say or do on Facebook webpages but they can't look into the devices you own and watch and record what you do on it. If i have **** in my PC or any personal pictures or videos of my girlfriend and have media streaming enabled then the PS3 has excess to my PC and that would allow Sony to see any personal pictures of videos that i may have under there new TOS, Example: Naked pictures or sex videos of my girlfriend or any **** i may stream from my PC to my PS3, I stream all kinds of video and music to my ps3 from my PC and Sony has no right to search or scan my PC that is connected to my ps3 or any devices in my ps3 such as hard drives or USB flash media, What if i had used my old PC hard drive that had all kinds of personal files on it, Sony isn't the Police and they have no right, and me not signing the new TOS is my right to keep them from doing it, Additionally they have no right to force me to update any device i may own or block me from services that it was sold for and advertised to have unless i update my said device. When i payed for my PS3 at the store i did not sign a contract, I bought the Device from a local retailer (Walmart) and it is advertised as having specific features and it should work right out of the box, My PS3 is brand new less then 3 weeks old but i am now locked out of Playstation Network an advertised feature unless i allow Sony to basically spy on me by monitoring everything i do and everything i have hooked up to my PS3 as stated above.
Puff Puff Pass!

I like the part where you said you have a girlfriend and she gives you naked pics. :P
