MOH Backup issues?

Right just a quick question,

I own the new MOH game, and have tried to back it up using multiman, or other managers.

I know the game contains a file about 5gb in size, and everytime it gets to this point, it seems to crash?

I've managed to ftp every other file off the disc apart from this install.pkg.

I'm on 3.55 kneaw, any ideas as to why this is?

Edit: forgot to say I've tried backing up to both external and internal.

Tried to post this in game backup discussion but wasn't allowed?

That 5gig install pkg will probably be the MOH frontline data. Is your game disc smudged or dirty? I had no problems backing up my copy.
PS Will the game load up without Frontline data there, since you FTP'ed everything else over?

From what I understand the install.pkg is the file which is used for the game data utility (install data), when running off the disc it loads fine, and the install data installed, altho running the game off the HD with the half copied install.pkg throws up an error every time the game is loaded and insists the install data is corrupt (even though it installed fine if you get me)

Any ideas?

Sorry to disagree but I'm sat here staring a 6105mb file in the face, and that's definatly larger than 4gb.

Turns out that it is in fact the frontline bonus disc thing, although it won't install, only thing I can put it down to is a scratch but to be fair it looks in good condition.

i too have the bonus content , once again , here i see no files bigger than 4GB and both play off external np..
