If you let me know how to fix my blu ray play back issue and it works then you have my word I'll delete my account and have the mods IP band me.....you will never see another post from me again.
I admit im no dev, Im NOT a tech by your deffanition. All I want to do is to be able to play blu rays on my PS3 again.
Mods as soon as I say Mark Webber has fixed my issue please IP band my account.

because I dont want to spend 300+ on another 3.55 machine....secoundly Mark seems to very much disslike me so I figure I would give him a chance to end my account. Lastly if you were looking for an answer to something and someone claimed they knew it but was teasing you with it, wouldnt that upset you a little? I thought we all were supossed to look out for each other here since we all pretty much just want the ps3 to behave like it should and not have sony play mother over it.
edit. I have a slim on the way thats on the newest firmware, but I would much rather get my 3.55 machine to have playback again.

didnt work, I thought because I had otherOS++ special on that was the problem so I flashed back to 3.55 then to otheros++(non special) and qa_flag.....still got that bluray prohibited message.

Really, as for having something against you, hell your about as troublesome to me as a cloudy day.
This barely ranks as interesting.
I wil release what I learnt when I am good and ready, and in all reality, I am certain nothing will get you any closer to it until then.
Now it may just me getting older, but I have actually provided the answer within ths post.
You just have to figure it out =)
