the disc icon is a glitch with TB CFW & some games just won't start with app_home/PS3_GAME (disc-less)

ugh wish I read that before going to rebug TB, going back to TB cfw....
What is so special about rebug?

Actually I dont like game saves, I prefer to make my own. I thought that messing with the rebug settings that my game disc would come back on start up...haha. How come rebug settings arent usable in TB cfw?
This glitch in TB where the disc icon does not show up causes problems for me in games. If I load a game, for example twisted metal without re loading my disc in so the icon pops up at the home screen then the game after loading it with MM it skips and the gameplay is all wacky and half the audio does not play. also at times it does not even get past the loading screen to a gameplay level. AND my ps3 freezes. So am I really supposed to load my disc in every time just to avoid this? I would think this is a big issue, I wonder why TB never bothered fixing a glitch that is fixed in kmeaws cfw. If they are so a like it should be simple correct?
