Just updated a console from 3.55 to 4.21 (CFW)

So, I had re-installed Rebug, Re-installed Multiman (previous version), then updated it. Everything works like a charm. PSN, Games working (old and new). No crashes, exit out of a game via PS Home button multiple times.

Looks like it was just a case of a bad install. Although, the first time around when I installed Rebug, it told me to use the Wireless controller, but I left the USB cable in the PS3 with the controller still connected. Perhaps that stuffed something up? Second time around, took the cable out and used the controller wirelessly.

So, I would break it down to being a bad install I guess, whether what I said actually screwed something up, who knows. Hopefully this bug doesn't start coming back to haunt me.
