I cant figure this out
I cant figure this out –
I have posted before about the ps3 I figured out it was the power switch that needed to be replaced. There is power running though the motherboard and the power supply but no red light comes on. Just before the red light stopped coming on I unplugged the cmos. Can the cmos have anything to do with it not being on.
have you tryed turning it on anyway as i had one where the red light wasnt working i checked everything to find there was nothing wrong as when i pressed the button when the lid was off it came on fine just a thought as it happend to me could be worth a try
you should be able to press the eject button to power it on
if that is not working, something is wrong....
what do you mean about the cmos? like you pulled the battery and cleared it? there is no battery? need to elaborate more!
yes there is a battery just like the ones you find in your pc attached the motherboard
