how to check if jailbroken?

Hi,
may i ask how do we know if its jailbroken?
i googled online and found some jailbreak 3.6 install the update.pup
is that it? what is the real thing in jailbreaking? can someone please enlighten me?

When it is jailbroken, it will have two new folders in the game section of the XMB: app_home/PS3_GAME. *Install Packages.

ok understood. But by just applying the update.pup and install it. Does the 2 folder appears? if not, do i need additional installation?

jailbroken ps3 only go up to 3.55...

if you have a 3.60, then most likely it's fake and you may have updated to OFW 3.60...

Don't ever install that. There is no jailbreak 3.60 yet. Once you install that you are screwed.

If its not on here, on twitter and ALL over all the trustable sites, u can't trust it....if its a survey download, its a scam....

For the people that make these fake 3.60 jailbreaks, do the world a favor and put a bullet in your head..ur worthless to this world
