Here's The Problem - Catastrophic Failures –
So, ever since the new playstation firmware update my playstation has been Acting very funky such as It utterly freezing to the point of Zero responsiveness (Not even holding down the power button). I have to end up doing a 2weekly hard reset(Powerswitch in the back).
Last night I loaded Skyrim and I left the room (Because It takes it quite a while before I get to the "This game saves data at certain points, please do not turn off the power button when the HDD indicator is flashing. Press X to continue O to go back". When I come back after a minute or so I have a Blue Screen of Death in an entirely different language, yet again with more unresponsiveness (as expected ). So I did a hard reset. As the playstation turns back on, it goes through the "Initialization Setup" (Which is the first set up you do when first buy it, I've had mine for 4 years) Then it goes through a "Identifying and Recovering Corrupted Data" Which It covers the Original Accounts, The Account's Saves, and the Trophies, as well as Downloaded Content, But no System Settings or Personal Account Settings are the same, they are all default settings. (Weird Fact is all the Accounts had Astericks infront of the names) So I load up skyrim, and as I get to the Main Menu I click Continue And a Box that says "This save data is owned by another user, Trophies and saves will not be allowed". This makes no sense being as that it belonged to My account. Im dumbfounded, honestly. If anyone has ANY information on this, it would be greatly appreciated!
Did you try signing back in to the PSN account, and see if you can sync your trophies? That could fix it.
did you try deleting the asterik that is by your user name?
