Help: Question about banned OFW PS3

PSX Im a new member and I need your help. I've had a banned PS3 160GB SLIM 3000x model for awhile now and i've come to the conclusion i need to do something with it. Problem is.. as far as i know, no one is going to buy a BANNED Ps3 even if it has GTA IV mods. The mods are from a "backup" which some bastard i gave my ID to ripped me off. But anyways enough of that. I need to know If i can either:

A. Downgrade it? as far as i know you can't BUT i may be wrong. It's on OFW 4.31 (with the check i can only bring it to 3.66 CECH3000x Model)
B. Find a "solution" to sell it (maybe cause it has GTA IV mods. lol i still have the console ID for people that data transfer, etc.)
C. Sell it for parts.

There's absolutely nothing you can do with it right now to unban it since it's a 3000 series and on OFW and nobody's gonna give you a decent price for a banned console and selling one without disclosing that tidbit is just a dick thing to do. I hope that you're better than that

Hence why I was asking other ways to get rid of it.
