i installed MiralaTijera CFW 4.31 went in to Factory/Service Modecouldnt get out so i tried down grade then RSOD so i format harddrive then black screen of death green light comes on for 1 min then cuts off

Do you have a flasher? It's was made pretty clear that you shouldn't attempt this firmware without one.
