Hard power reset (the proper way)

I'm sure some of you already know this lil fact but I found it out last night when I was flashing my PS3.

Instead of doing a hard power reset (yanking the power cable out the back) just hold the power button down for 15-20secs (at least on 320gig slim), it powers off by itself, even if crashed.

Please stop pulling the power out :'( :p

pulling power cable out, and back in - 3 - 5 seconds
just hold the power button down for 15-20secs

ill stick with the in and out lol :D

not sure which is better for your ps3 tho :p

I'm not sure my sarcasm came across, obviously holding the power button down is better for your PS3 :), you should never just unplug a computer (or computer type device).
