god of war 3 taking longer to load

I have original god of war 3 game. I went to load God of war 3 ps3 other day and it loaded that company splash screen with the blood splatter then the PS3 stayed on a blank screen for 20 mins and the HDD orange activity light is flashing and then it will load and it will play as fast as normal.

i remembered the last time I played it; it was working perfectly normal i had to rush out and i just paused the game held down the off button and legged it out.

may it have corrupted the game data utility? i noticed if i go into game > game data > it doesn't list any installation data for god of war? Im sure it did an install before I could play the game?

I do have kmeow cfw 3.55 with multiman so is there a way i can browse the ps3 directory and maybe delete the game data to allow GOD OF WAR 3 re install itself fresh?

I'd say something either with installation or HDD.

hmm , i let it load again which took 20 mins again . i then played game for a bit and when i went to save my progress i noticed game saves missing so i re saved a new save.

and all ok now . must have been corrupt game save causing it.
