Give me some advise

I am kinda new to the whole PS3 scene, I mean I know more than most n00bs but that is besides the point, and I have 2 PS3's.
One is running 4.31 OFW which is my legit console, the other is on 4.25 OFW.
These are the details for the 4.25 one.
Model: Fat- CECH E01 ( I know the last three are E01)- 80GB HDD- OFW 4.25
What I am looking to do is have this console Jailbroken, I do not care about running "backups" I really just want homebrew and the flexibility of CFW.
Now that is why I made this thread, what is the best way to go about either getting me back to 3.55 or 3.41?
I know their are many flashers and now there is CFW for the newer FW.
I have been searching the web and it is full of misinformation provided by scammers.
You guys are my only hope.

you need a hardware to downgrade your console back to 3.55 CFW or 3.41 CFW .like E3 Flasher or Progskeet .

E3 Flasher is only for NOR consoles
Progkseet for both NAND/NOR consoles .

There is no jailbreak for firmwares above 3.55. You need to downgrade. You need a hardware flasher(progskeet or E3 flasher) to downgrade. There is no software downgrade from official firmware. If your system came with firmware above 3.55, then you can not downgrade to 3.55.

I am pretty sure there is are multiple hacked FW for above 3.55 but they cannot be installed on anything but consoles already running 3.55 OFW/CFW. (Rogero, Rebug, Bluedisk, and E3) Well, I kinda wanted E3, but if I can't do that then Prgskeet will have to do.
Does it have a dual boot setup like E3 and is it solderless?
I don't have the steadiest hand and would probably mess up.
